Flaming Notice

As of late there seems to have been quite a lot of flaming around GameTavern. So I thought it would be nice if I re-introduced everyone to a rule:

"Antagonizing other forum users or attempting to start a flame
war. This includes fans of rival consoles making posts that
bash a console or person instead of adding something
constructive to the argument."

That is everyone's warning. There have been over five threads in the past week that have broken this rule. GameTavern is a peaceful forum to express your opinions, not a bash zone.

Could you list the threads?

I think some of the bashing you refer to is not serious. I think some of it is just used in a jestful manner between friends here on the board. And if serious bashing is occuring, I think the members to whom it's directed should file a complaint. If they don't, then it's safe for one to assume that the bashing is light hearted.

And are you authorized to warn people outside your moderating perimeters (aka X-Box Board)?

Hmmph... I've held back many of times in banning situations, just listen to the guy... We can now ban without warning (but we still give one when we are feelin nice).
