Jesus, it's like there's a Gamecube announcement every hour, or so it seems. I always love the pre-E3 hype.

So yeah, they have http://nintendo.com/e32k3 up already. What we have off the top of my head, so far, is:

-Mario 128 (EAD!)
-1080: White Storm
-A "four swords cube" Zelda (possible Capcom develop)
-Metroid Prime 2
-Eternal Darkness 2 (irrelevant.. somewhat)
-Star Fox Armada
-PilotWings (Factor 5)
-Rogue Squadron 3
-Wario World (Treasure)
-F-zero (Sega-AV)
-Soul Calibur 2 (Namco)
-Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (S-E)
-Mario Kart: Double Dash
-Mario Golf: Toadstool's Tournament (camelot!)
-Mario Tennis("!)
-Pikmin 2
-Animal Crossing 2
-Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life
-Kirby's Air Ride
-Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg
-Sonic Hero
-PSO episode 3
-Viewtiful Joe
-Resident Evil: Outbreak
-Resident Evil 4
-Gotcha Force (Capcom)
-PN03
-Mega Man Transmission
-Killer 7
-Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes (SK)
-Giftpia
-Virtua Fighter Quest
-Tales of Symphonia
-WWE Wrestlemania XIX
-Zoonami's "Game Zero!"
-Unity (Lionhead Studios!)
-Donkey Kong Next

Yeah, then there's GBA.

-Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising
-Fire Emblem: Sword of Rage
-Mario Golf Advance
-Mario Tennis Advance
-Mario & Luigi
-Pokemon Pinball Advance
-The Legend of Zelda
-Super Mario Advance 4
-Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
-The Sword of Mana
-Onimusha Tactics
-Megaman Zero 2
-Megaman Battle Network 3 Blue/White
-Boktai
-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
-DemiKids: Light/Dark
-Shantae Advance
-Sonic Battle
-Sonic Pinball Party
-Harvest Moon Advance
-Mother 1 & 2 (earthbound)

Well, then. Thoughts? Do you think Nintendo did anything wrong? I mean, there's still heavy-hitters they can pull (Mother 3, Mario 128 details, you know). But hey, is it good to show all your cards early, in Nintendo's case?

Is that the OFFICIAL list for now at E3?!?!

The only things missing from that list is a Zelda game (not Four Swords type), and Donkey Kong Next.

Well, not all of it is official, but we can expect to see something of them. :)

And yeah, I got MGS:TS and the Zelda. Just missing Donkey Kong Next. I'll go add that. Thanks, and remind me of any big-shot games that are coming if I forget.

What's Resident Evil: Outbreak?

Dyne

Online Resident Evil or something...

"Mario Golf Advance"

More than enough to persuade me to buy a GBASP...thanks for the list, Dyne...I hope they keep the RPG elements from Mario Golf GBC in this one (or add to it).

That's a very good E3 lineup. Seems like all the consoles will do great at E3.

1080 WS is looking like ass.

I loved this game for the N64 but i think the new SSX game will be much better.

I dunno why Dyne listed it, because on IGN's Capcom E3 list page RE: Outbreak is only listed as a PS2 game...

If your buying a GBA for one game... Then I can say just get the emulation. Or if you are getting original GBA games like me just for collection purposes, then do what you please.

Your much better of getting a (used) GC than a GBA IMO.

*knocks Tarakan clean out with a lead pipe for saying the E word*

It's not official, it's just the lineup we'd expect to see. Of course I'm wavery on the Donkey Kong game and whatnot.. if it's Donkey Kong Racing or not. Boy, that would be funny. Four great racing games! :p

Does anyone remember Too Human is still in development, as SK said they'd finish it off after Eternal Darkness. Also, I believe that Nintendo were considering finnaly releasing Mother 3 as a stop gap between Zelda and their next major release. Of course, this is all rumour, but still.......

Star Fox Armada ( must have)
-F-zero (Sega-AV) (maybe)
-Soul Calibur 2 (Namco)
-Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (S-E) ( square/nintendo? it's brought already)
-Mario Kart: Double Dash ( YES!!!)
-Mario Golf: Toadstool's Tournament (camelot!) ( never played this game but people tell me it's good so.....)
-Mario Tennis(:D )
-Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life
-Resident Evil 4
-Killer 7
-Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes (SK)
-Tales of Symphonia
-WWE Wrestlemania XIX

Yup, looks like Nintendo might be pulling out all the stops at this E3. This E3 is gonna be good. ^^

-Mario 128 (EAD!)
Not confirmed to be there and at this rate, it doesn't look like it will be anything more than a teaser trailer if it is there.

-A "four swords cube" Zelda (possible Capcom develop)
Rumored

-PilotWings (Factor 5)- Rumored

-Animal Crossing 2
I don't know if this will be there since they plan on releasing Animal Crossing ++ in Japan during the summer, they may wait until after that release to give information on this game.

-Resident Evil: Outbreak
This was really a mistake as far as I know IT'S EXCLUSIVE TO THE pS2.

-Giftpia
If they announce a US release, after the success of Animal Crossing, I don't see why not.

-Virtua Fighter Quest- Should be

-Unity (Lionhead Studios!) As far as I know, it was confirmed not to be there over the weekend.

Other than Soul Calibur 2 and Sonic Hero, I'm guessing this list is just for exclusive software?

Dyne

It was a list of must-haves that we know are going to come out some time.

Nah I don't think last year's beat 2001's... Because 2001 had MGS2's revealing... At least I think that was in 2001...

Or were you joking? I couldn't tell...

Why do I get the feeling that Nintendo is going to dissapoint and not show half the stuff we want to see and half the stuff they do show will be incomplete or delayed?

Oops, sorry.

Does anyone get the feeling that nintendo has something major up their sleaves. I mean why are they giving us all this info now. Usually they just wait for the E3. Could they be anouncing something major?

wow.

I forgot all about this time of year. The tremendous expectations and the even bigger letdowns that it causes in videogame fans.

So.. to avoid being letdown, I think I'll just stay away from it for awhile.:D

I think MGS2's announcement was bigger because we were just getting used to newer consoles, it was more than a sequal or prequal, it was more like a whole new start....

Also, I think E3 2k1 was much better... Sega started showing third party software, more details on GCN and Xbox were released. I was just more on the edge of my seat for that E3 than any one ever.

This E3 is ok, but I think showing off new hardware is what puts a game show over the top.
