Well this was posted over at the forum at Gamingring.com

1. What stage of development is Raw 2 at now?

[Kendall Boyd] Approximately 50 percent.
I've never got when a game is at 50% because it usually means it's near the end of it's cycle, and the game is slated to be released, well more on the release date below...

2. There have been many rumors of Xbox Live in the, if it is in the game will it be playable online or just downloadable content? Please Explain

[Kendall Boyd] WWE Raw 2 will not feature any online components.
Well it's not shocking since I don't know how well a wrestling game will work online even with broadband as the slightest delay could throw you off.

3. Has the season mode changed any since it was last explained to use? If any, How so?

[Kendall Boyd] No, the season mode has been one of the main focuses for this title. We have been diligently working on making sure we can create a true representation of programming that will make WWE fans happy.
Well, it's good to see they have one solid focus and hopefully it's cool.

4. Are there backstage areas? There are rumors that there are none in actual game play but in the season mode. Please clarify.

[Kendall Boyd] We are still working on the placement of backstage areas.
Well, I hope it makes it into normal play as well.

5. The official release date? Is it September or June?

[Kendall Boyd] We are schedule to ship Summer 2003.
That doesn't give much information on the date just between June and Septemeber.

6. I would assume that THQ has hired new producers of the game since one of the reasons for the delay was the lack of producers?

[Kendall Boyd] We currently have a great team of internal producers working with the development teams from Anchor. Nick Wylodka currently oversees the production of this title and brings more than seven years of gaming experience to WWE Raw 2.
Well, I think Nick was the same dude from the WM XIX interview.

8. I would assume that THQ and Anchor is aware of the overall failure of WWE RAW 1, Can you that this game is an improvement?

[Kendall Boyd] I wouldn't consider WWE Raw 1 a complete failure. This was a first generation wrestling game that was built from the ground up. We are aware of its issues and have listened to fans and press to get their feedback and try to implement them into our games.

We are aware of the shortcoming that Raw 1 possessed, including the lack of a single player experience/or career mode and match types. These are areas that we have paid special attention to this time around.

those are not very good scans... I'm positive the final product will be at least better than Raw 1 (which those are not)

Also, I hope this game makes it out early this summer, like july
