Well this is the game that everyone knows they don't want, but they gonna read about anyhow.

DreamCatcher, following the release schedule put forth today, has revealed the first details on the company’s first GameCube title, Spirits & Spells.
Well, I've never actually heard of this team before, so I wouldn't know any of their history, but it's their first Cube affair.

Slated for release this Fall on the NGC, the game has players taking on the role of Alicia, a girl disguised as a witch and Greg, a boy disguised as a devil, as they venture through multiple levels.
Well, I guess it would be nice in the Fall line up but eh. But what is the political statement here, a boy disguised as a devil, that is so wrong.

The game has unlockable talents through collecting items called sparks, and such environments as a haunted house, a dark cemetery, a forests and an abandoned laboratory
Well, I guess that's where the spells part comes into play. and the levels sound cool.

The company describes S&S as a platformer that blends action, puzzle solving and interesting characters.
Well, the interesting character part I get, but the rest I'll wait for more info on.

By gathering "sparks" players gain the ability to switch between the two characters and discover both of their special talents. The game will be rated "E" for everyone and will ship this fall in the US.
So you will have the ability to "zap" between the character, I wonder if it's similar to Resident Evil 0 or some other.

It looks kinda neat...sometimes I like these out-of-knowhere platformers. I rented Frogger Beyond, and Im loving every second of it. Its very challenging, but It dosent seem to get too frustrating...
