Do you?
Its my favorite game at this point. SO many levels to pass, and I'm not even half way done. 120 shines to collect, i only have 56 right now. I havent played in a while cause my friend borrowed it.

No. I thought it was disappointing. It got boring pretty fast.

*thinks this thread is just a little late*

I liked it. But when Animal Crossing came, I had to give in and trade. But it was good.

It was ok...but so disappointing compared to other Mario games and competition like Ratchet and Clank...so I voted the 4th option

Yup, best platformer this generation so far. (It's a shame Rayman 3 didn't challenge it like Rayman 2 did Mario 64)..

I liked it, except for those retro-type levels where all the blocks are moving and turning and disolving. They were ok at first but got harder. I dont think they should have required that to move on. And they should have done something for getting all the stars.

Your crazy. Thats what Mario is about, getting from point A to point B. Those retro levels were a fun break from the normal beat the bad guy gameplay, not to mention a challenging blast from the past. Thats what platforming in 3D should be, not that other crap we sometimes get...

Pretty good game. :D
It's quite enjoyable. I like how it's not a pure platformer, and that it's a mix of some genres. The graphics are pretty solid too.

I liked it, but after a while the game got pointless. Plus it got diffucult too! (not in a hard "I can't beat this" sense but in a way where is got fustrating to the point of me not even wanting to look at the game again.

Sunshine was the best platformer of 2002, IMO. It wasn't the huge leap Mario 64 was, but then again, the GameCube isn't a time machine...;)
IMO, it was only a tad better than Ratchet and Clank/Sly Cooper, which is enough said all its own (both games are excellent on PS2). Thing is, nothing compared to Mario games back in the day, so methinks there's some work to be had within Nintendo if they want to keep that "classic" image with their greatest franchises...

I liked it. Getting all the shines got tedius, so I never did get them. But it was a good game no less.

exactly :D
The game was fun, but not fun enough to complete it 100%
It was a great adventure to go through, but the mounds and mounds of people bitching about crappy textures and whatnot really gave it a bad reputation. But, I enjoyed it. And, that's really all that counts.
