Gamesradar (http://gamesradar.msn.co.uk/news/default.asp?subsectionid=162&articleid=64999&pagetype=2) seem to think so.
True GBA successor on the way?

That's what our spies in the US are telling us anyway. But will it be a phone too?
We've just received reports that Nintendo of America have apparently confirmed that they are currently working on a fully-fledged successor to the Game Boy Advance.
While the dinky GBA update, GBA SP, has just been released in Japan and will be released in the UK on 28 March, this news apparently relates to a whole new machine - similar to the leap made from Game Boy Color to Game Boy Advance.
We've no further details at present and, at the time of writing, Nintendo UK were unavailable for comment. It'll be interesting to see though whether Nintendo plan to implement any mobile phone-esque features or whether they will stick with the machine purely being a games device. We'll keep you posted.
Lately, Gamesradar have been quite reliable, with the MG announcement for the GC and all.
What are your thoughts?
Nintendo obviously have the plans set out for the next GB, but I doubt it will come out anytime soon. I reckon 3.5-4 years at the earliest.
That would have given the GBA 5.5-6 years, and the GBA SP 3.5-4 years.
Maybe it will probably have graphics capabilities similar to the N64, or maybe slightly better.
