Man, that's what I'm saying right now, "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, STUPID!!" , if I could kick myself in the nuts, they'd be blue by now from such a severe beating!

Why would I punish myself like this you ask?

Because I did the stupidest thing possible today when I went "Browsing" for a new GBA game, and I didn't do my homework before I bought the thing, THAT'S WHY!

I was at EB and gamestop, looking for a new "Game Boy" game of ANY kind to take with me inot the Hospital for my "5-day Observation" due to minor medical problems, I could pick ANY gaem boy game, but I had a problem, I didn't KNOW which ONE to PICK!!!!

Well, the games I wanted weren't on shelves, either sold out, or not in stock at all currently, I was kinda pissed, but there were three games I narrowed it down too.

"Phantasy Star Collection", "Super mario Advance 2: Super Mario World" and "Metroid Fushion", ntoice twoof the three were "Old Skool" classics?

Well I looked ro awhiel and "Phanatsy Star Collection" was the first voted off my list because my brother already had it (damn kid... always getting the games I want!), so that was out, ok "Mario World" and "Metroid Fusion" left.

I thought about it,r ealzied I ahve Mario world on mySNES still and decided not to get it, yet! Ok, the onlything left was "metroid Fushion", yet that Mario box seemd to continue toc all my name sayign "buy me, buy me!!", I thought about it and realized that if I bought "Metroid Fusion" I'd be back in EB in a few weeks, blowing more of my MOney on "Metorid Prime" for the GCN as well as a GBA-GCN Game Link, now I had to draws the line befor I became money hungry to link 'em up. "Metroid Fushion" was out, and so was Mario World.

I decided to look at used games, I found happieness in "Might Morphin' Power Rangers" for the SNES at the patheticlly cheap price of $10.00 for the cartirdge, I figured I'd pickit up, I've always wanted it anyway.

Then I saw "The Legend of Zelda; Link's Awakening DX" for GBC, this was TOO GOOD to pass up since i nevr had the damn game anyway!

I bought that as well, totalling to Two games, weent to FYE (Fopr your entertainment) and piceked up a "Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS team Volume #1" VHS Video to take into the hospital with me since I have aTV/VCR Combo but no DVD Player there, so it HAD to be VHS, ok I was set, right?

I didn't overspend on "Metroid Fusion" and I thought "I can always buy it later, I'm not missing too much, It'll be there." Right?

Well, I get onlien today, I look at the Big "N's" website, than at GT, and I'm shocked ot find out "Metroid Fusion" has a PLAYABLE VERSION of "Metroid" from the NES!!!

I NEVER OWNED MEtroied for the NES, OR Final Fantasy I!!! Both were games I REALLY wanted!

Ok, now I. AM. PISSED!!!!!! I just dropped god knows how much on two other games and a Video, not realizing I had a way to get METROID I!!!!

I am so pissed at my stupidity it's unbelivable, now I'm going tobe aggrivated during the entire EEG, trying to figure out how to get enough money for "Metroi Fusion", "Metorid Prime" AND a GCN-GBA Game Link cable so I can enjoy ALL THREE games!!!

Because I didn't do my "homework", I wound up finding out too late that I SHOULD have bought Metroid Fusion rather than being stupid and buying Link's Awakening.

I'm going to have to go back and get Fusion now, because it's eating at me that I was so stupid, I wanted Fusion, but now I want it evbe more,a dn I spent a good five mintues just staring at the box trying to decide if I was making the right chocie, now I KNOW I scred up and should've just gone on my impulses and bought the thing at first sight, talk about STOOPPPPPPPPPPIIIIIIIIDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I never found Fusion all that long. I think it would really only be a killer of about 10 hours.

I think you will be VERY happy to know that Nintendo STILL haven't fixed that MISTAKE on their site.

The Fusion cartridge does NOT contain Metroid (NES), Metroid Prime contains the game, and with the 'aid' of a GBA, metroid fusion, and a link cable, you can unlock the Metroid game and only play it on your GC. Nintendo really should have fixed that mistake on their site, it's been what, just over a month since that's been there.

But you do know you don't need a link cable and Fusion to unlock Metroid right? Only the Datel Action Replay. You can also use it to unlock the Fusion suit to use in Metroid Prime.

I hope that was helpful, and now you can stop pulling your hair out ;).

The origional Metroid is no prize, I soon found out. Besides being horribly dated(1986), from what I can tell, It wasnt that good to begin with...Dont get me wrong, I love playing old games like Super Maro Bros. But after 15 minutes of Metroid, Id had enough. The game slows down horrendously if more than 2 enimies appear on screen at one time. And its just downright repetitive and boring. I wouldnt be too upset.
