I've seen this. It's called Cosplay.

Popular in Singapore, I saw heaps of pics whereby people would dress up as KOF characters.

Pretty sad, but their costumes are damn accurate.

Anyway, I've seen people dress up in those weird costumes from those pictures of anime and video game conventions... Let me tell you, it must be scary to be there.. :unsure:

Really, I've seen much worse. If you want to see a bad costume, look up anything Dragonball. *shakes his head* Anywhere from plastic wigs to ... plastic heads!

I feel I've ruined Cosplay in all your minds. Y'see, aside from some instances of true artwork seen in Star Wars Conventions, there is actually a reason why Cosplay should be kept in tact! The reason, you ask? Two words... Japanese Girls. They make Cosplay what it is supposed to be: Cute young women in costumes of your favorite hot animé characters!!
