I came across this website today, and can honestly say it's one of the most entertaining things I've seen awhile. Go there...instructions are pretty self-explanatory.

I dunno, I find it very amusing. It's something that I'll check out when I'm bored. I just like the randomness of the competition. I guess it's not for all folks.

I don't think it really ends, but as you see they do have the top 10 winners and worst people to get votes also...I think it's just for dumb kids like me.
