Links in sigs

Okay, if you're putting a URL in your signature, how do you get it to activate as a link? I've tried everything I know and it still won't come out as a link to where I want it to be. You can always copy and paste it and it'll work, but I'd just rather make it easier for others so they can just click and go in a snap.

I already knew of that stuff ok...but I did not notice that code help stuff here, Thanks gameMaster as i might ues it for refrence.
