Well, I know most of you are looking forward to this game[as I also am], so you may be interesting in this interview. (http://www.wwfwrestlinggames.com/gamecube/features/interviews/interview1.shtml)

Here's a highlight I think any fan of the previous N64 games would be pleased to hear.

Were planning on going in the direction of what our past Nintendo titles have. Were going more of a grappler based system and we wanted to create a lot of counters and reversals. In the old Nintendo fashion where we had a punch beats a grapple, grapple beats a block and a block beats a punch. Its called the triangle system.

Be sure to report back here and let me know how you feel about this game.

I'm glad one element of the game is still the same... hopfully the CAW is just as good as the 64 versions.

Yeah! Now I have three excuses for getting a GCN. Mario, WMX8 and SFA! YEAH! The grappling system is amazing, and is the ONLY way to make a good wrestling game.

Sweeet! I loved the N64 games formula. In fact I was REALLY happy to hear that AKI is the one making the game.

Ah, but Yukes picked up a lot of the team that split up from AKI and are usign them on this project. Hopefully they'll keep true to their roots and keep the engine the same.

Really? I swear gamespot said AKI. But anyway if they have most of the members of AKI it's ok anyway.
