GameShark Loses Its Fins
5:33 AM - Andrew "Andy" Burnes
Thanks to Ross Elliot for notifying me to the fact that GameShark has gone belly up (oh the puns!):

Interact has just announce as of 01-14-03 that they will be going out of business. We are sorry to report that this item will not be available to those who have not ordered as of January 10th. We are currently working with Intereact to arrange for preordered products to ship before removing Interact products from our site. Please email Guest Service if you have any questions.

This therefore means that there will be no more new GameShark products and apparently their site has already gone. So if you see a GameShark product available anywhere to buy, avoid it as there'll be zero support.

Yeah, but where will I find codes? It doesn't have a built-in code generator like the GBC one. Oh well, serves me right I guess.

Well, the people that made game shark seperated before they went under and will soon release their cheat device. Hopefully without the name gameshark it wont sell well.

The new cheat thing will be Action Replay. I've heard about it for awhile now, but the friggin company that makes it keeps delaying the 'Cube release of it! I want codes so that I can play Punchout!, Mario Bros., and the original Legend of Zelda! meh

Does this Mean Interact as a while company has gone out of Business? If so, thats a damn shame. While they may have made a lot of ****, they have made a few great things to. One being the Interact Mega Memory Card 16x. That thing is a godsend next to Nintendo's own crappy memory card 59 or even 256. 1000 blocks of goodness, and havent had one problem with it ever.
