Panzer Dragoon Orta received a 9.2 from IGN and a 9.0 from Gamespot, and from the notoriously anti-XBox Greg Kasavin no less. I'll definitely be picking this one up.

I'm still unsure...I'll get either this or DOAXBV, but I'm leaning towards the second as of now...

IGN mentioned it would only take about 100-120 minutes to beat the game the first time through, but there are some mini games and such...but that still doesn't seem long enough...and I've played the demo and left with mixed feelings

it's a DEFINATE rental, and a possible purchase for me

nice to see it's getting good scores though

it's not to fulfill any sexual needs...I just like the volleyball aspect

(I can't be with my girl 24/7) :sneaky:

100 - 120 min? That's only 2 hours, it must be pretty fun to get such good scores. But I will be getting this game along with my Xbox later this year.

120 minutes? Gamespot said there was a long learning curve... odd.

My friend will prolly get this game. If I like it I will prolly buy a used Xbox(M$ has enough money) and get this game. It looks so pretty.
Sorry for all the bad grammar and stuff in that other post.
I dont know if this already got sent cause I got a missing data message when I hit post. Sorry if this is a repeat.

"Lasting Appeal
A lot of fun, but it will only take a couple of hours to beat it once. But it's meant to be replayed, and you will play it over and over. Great extras as well."

hmm......

At first I was a bit unsure about getting this game, but after reading the reviews, I may have to consider buying it

Unsure? Never be unsure of a Sega game :)

I still gotta pick this up. Won't get it until the weekend.

Its pretty cool if you know what you're getting into. Its certainly not for anyone, just a rail shooter really with bizarre beautiful art design and at times frustratingly high difficulty level, but its worth taking a peak. I think I would've been MORE enthralled had I not bit the bullet and bought OTOGI a week earlier.

No Greg Kasavin can change my mind. Ill keep my money. But maybe (if I ever got an xbox) Id lean towards JSRF or something...
