back in 6th grade I was walking with my class, (I happened to be walking next to this girl I liked at the time) and I was kinda tired. we were walking along a sidewalk but I just off of it, on the grass, when I walked straight into a stop sign. Knocked the crap out of me...the guys were laughing their asses off and the girls were like "omg, are you okay? :("
that was one of many for me

geez... this is a kind of unfair question. I have a ton of them. :D
Well, here is one that I really remember. I happened back when I was about 16 years old. I was on my prom date, and we went out to a Chinese restaurant. We were sitting beside a window. And lucky me, it was the window with that neon open sign on it.
As we were sitting their talking. I was getting a little nervous. So I decided to touch the light. **note to everybody: I never said that I was the brightest kid on the block. As my hand touched it, I was expecting it to be hot. But it wasn't hot, as a matter of fact it wasn't even cold. I didn't even get to feel the temperature of it, because once I touched it, it shocked the crap out of me. Right in front of my date. She just stared at me in amazement that I would do something like that. (hey, I'm a guy)
Once I pulled away from the light, she just started to laugh at me. It wasn't a bad laugh, it was one of those laughs that girls give to guys that they find cute and you can't do anything wrong no matter how stupid it is.
But it was all good in the end. We ended up dating after prom. Even after I made an idiot out of myself.

Let's see.... Once when I was in 1st grade I accidently walked in on a girl who was naked (changing from a bathing suit).... Probably more embarrassing for her I guess....
One time I let one go in the middle of a 7-11....
Once I sneezed on my jacket and it left a glob of snot on the sleeve.
I walked into the girls' bathroom in 8th grade. No one was in there fortunately.... but people were going in while I was heading out....
That's about all I can think of right now...
*shrugs and walks away*

umm... In grade 8 on a school trip to Quebec... this girl that i kinda liked was sitting beside me on the bus... She got tired, so she rested her head on my lap.... She fell asleep... And I... well... umm... I began popping one... HAHAHA.... So, I was trying to make it go down.. but it wouldn't. Then I woke her up, and got her off me... But she saw it.. lol... And she said, not here, Joe, maybe later!!!
Then she laughed at me... but it was that laugh like she though i was cute... and oh, there was a next time.. . Lets just say that summer was fun! Heh heh....
Yeah... I think this is the first time I told people about this... And feel free to laugh and stuff... It ended up to my advantage, anyways... hahahah.

Tripping over stuff in front of a group of people... Yep yep
Dropping stuff all over the floor... on yourself :sneaky:
Those are examples of things that I recall but a bit too general.
Ooh vomiting in the classroom in 5th grade!

Two days ago we had a counselor come in during English block to talk about this Standardized test we would be taking. This girl named Makayla was just sitting there, and I was sitting, drawing all over my work. The next thing you know, Makayla makes this weird sigh... It sounded veeeeeery sexual. Everyone stared at her and I laughed like hell, then the counselor asked me if I wanted to leave... lol
What the hell was wrong with Makayla?

I remember I was trying to impress this girl I really liked by playing really well in Chapel. (I play bass guitar). So I stupidly tell my friends, and just as I'm about to play this kick ass solo, one of em turns the amp off.
EVERYONE in the school was laughing at me. I swear I was about to cry. But I turned it on and played a really kick ass slap solo.
She talked to me for ages afterwards. Still embarassing though.
In 8th grade I walked into the girl's locker room... when everyone one was getting dressed into their gym clothes.
It actually wasn't so bad...

I was in a major ballet, one night of the show I forgot my toe shoes... (borrowed someone elses old ones, but couldn't go up as they were too soft and molded to her foot.
The next show, I remembered all my right shoes... but a ribbon came undone and a shoe fell off ON STAGE. It was dangling from my ankle.
The other performances went well.

Wow...so damn many...most I dont remember...here is one more recent one.
I was sitting in health class and we were taking some sort of test and I felt a sneeze coming on...I usually just let them go, but I felt the need to stop this one...I tried to stop it, but it kinda half came out, making a really loud high-pitched noise...everyone looked at me for like 5 seconds including the teacher and I was like ''that was a sneeze'' and some people started laughing...and thats all I can recall right now...I could tell you many embarresing moments about other people, but for some reason I cant remember most if mine.

Hey Camfu, I did that once a at Taco Bell but the voltage was very low, it tickled. :)
Recently, my friends and I congregate near some benches outside during break at school. And this one particulary morning, the sprinklers had been activiated earlier and they soaked the benches and I didn't know that when I sat down. So on my way to class after break my friend points out that the back of my pants are very wet as we were walking through a hall full of students. Boy, did I feel embarrassed.
P.S. We need an embarrassment smilie.

The smilie that Stu has indicated as our current 'embarrassment' smilie is actually a 'tired' or 'yawn' smilie. I think our Graphics Designer just got his first assignment. ;)

i have a friend that has an embarrassing moment, and sad, she was walking along side a road one day with some friends near her house and out of nowhere she ran into a telephone pole leaving a big ass bump on her head (i mean the damn thing was like the size of a ****ing tennis ball literally), then a few hours later she started vomiting up yellow-greenish stuff, so they took her to the hospital and said that she had had a minor concuscion, anywho 4 years later shes doing dandy and we still make fun of her for it

Ripped on in my spanish class right when we all got quiet to start class. I think this one ADD kid got too much of a kick out of it. It is the only thing he remembers from that whole class that year.
Um, can't remember anymore at the time.

I've discovered that I can't walk too well... I mean, I walk in a straight line, but that's not too good when there are obstructions in the way.
1) When about 8, I was playing "Line-tag" with my younger sister and her posse because I couldn't find anyone I knew that early in the morning on the massive Californian "playground". While round a corner -- full-sprint, mind you -- I slammed the soft spot just above my knee cap into a basketball pole. Yep... a nice impression on my little sister's friends.
2) About a year later, I was (once again) playing some sort of game with my younger sister. Take note that, despite her being a danger to my health, she is the closest sibling in age. *ahem* There's a short brick wall (about two feet high) in which I had decided to hurdle to get back to my house after we were done being outdoors for the day. Once again, I injured the small soft spot above my knee by slamming it into the corner of the brick wall. I'm not sure which was louder, the collision or my screaming.
3) I'll make this one short... I was hiking with my father, and I nearly walked off the side of the cliff. Nobody wants to make an ass of themself in front of their parents.
Like the guy who posted before, I had walked into a girl's restroom by accident. Everyone was outside watching me, and there was nothing inside. I wouldn't have cared as much had it been the other way.
Aaaand, once in the second grade while at the beach, I too walked in on someone changing out of a bathing suit. *shudders* It wasn't a female though.
*shrugs* I may have more, but I'm sure that I don't have enough time, and others don't want to read from one person too much.

you reminded me of another one with the cliff thing
for some reason my parents thought it would be nice to go biking in the rocky mountains soon after I had learned how to ride a 2 wheeler
anyways, I was biking downhill, and I was really nervous...I put on the brakes, my front tire hit a rock, and I went flying over the handlebars and landed on my face (forehead to be exact) which proceeded to rip open due to the scraping of the gravel, dirt and small rocks. my momentum then took me right over the edge of a 6 foot ditch and I landed in a grassy area next to a tree.
my head was cut open for 7 stitches and I still having scarring up through my hairline...

lol
bah, it was nothing compared to other injuries I've experienced. I was playing basketball once when I landed from a jump on an uneven surface...shifted my knee cap out of place (hurt like a bitch), sprained my ankle severely and tore a couple ligaments...I don't mind a decent amount of pain, it keeps you alert...but that hurt a little too much for comfort
