pic uploading site needed!

does anyone!!! KNOW OF A GOOD A site for uploading pics? ive tried angelfire and graffiti, and yet THEY DO NOTHING... along with HOW! do you resize pictures in MGI PHOTSUITE? i have MGI PHOTOSUITE 2 if that makes any difference i think maybe i sorta figured it out but when im dont it doesnt like let me save my work~!??? and it wont let me create a website fir ut UGH!! if anyone could help me i'd deeply appreciate it, also along with, how come neo cant consider making sigs easier to upload as avatars???? i mean with avatars your done in 1 click, but with sigs ya gotta make a website for em!!???.....

i need this downgraded! >:-| to 280x125 but if someone could pm me and tell me how to do it, so ill for future preferences or ya can im on aim: jewelsgirlsayshi or if ya have msn rockwelljulie@hotmail.com even emailing would help

Just I'd let you know that in your other thread I resized and hosted it, not to mention the resize job I did was proportional to the original...
