If anybody is up to play some Diablo II: LOD I'm about to jump on and play right now. I'm in the US East Realm and I'm under ShaggyMaster.
Hope to see you there.

Sorry Angrist, don't have DK2. I'm already done, but no worries, it was a short game thanks to the stupid Military. I have to go back to work for a little bit.

 Heck no. I have gotten in better shape. But that isn't hard when you go from going around doing nothing to running and working physical everyday.
a little hit for you six pack: when you work on your abs, make sure you go for a run before. It helps it out. ;)
Shiz, tell me when you get all hooked up with your Character. We could get on and reck D2:LoD.
man i used to be the ****in master at that game, u name it i had it. my buddies said when i get back on theyd hook me up with my stuff or some other awesome things.
but if i get back on ill hook you up man.
its kind of hard to go on a run when theres a few inches on the ground and still coming :), but why go on run before workin ur abs?
P.S. you know me lol, heres a clue. name starts with a h and ends with an n. and you let me into the mod forums when ndose was dying, and for that i am grateful mwa haha

Great... just great... clues. Hey I'm not smart, remember I'm in the Military not the CIA. I know who you are... having trouble remembering name... ahhh... brain overload!

When you run, you get an awesome lower body workout. That is including your abs. So when you start working on your abs, they are already warmed up and ready to go. Ontop of that, it's what the Military says it does... and they seem to know what they are talking about (some of the time), because I wake up sore.
Lol guess ill start that then. im kinda pissed, i used to run every other day and eventually i got up to like 4 miles but then it became winter and i started caughin and **** and it snowed
:(
how long do you guys run and what other things do ya do. kinda curious

That would be nice if we didn't have to run if the weather wasn't perfect. Running in snow isn't fun... at all. Today, we ran about 4 miles. Real easy run. But once in a while, we go and take off on a 8 mile run. Those are the bad ones.
We do about everything you can think of. Once a month, we get in a 12 mile road march with a 40+ lbs rucksack on our back. Yeah, that doesn't sound like a lot, but believe me, after 6 miles you really start to feel it.
Anything you can do that doesn't require a gym or weights, is about what we do. They even let us have fun once in a while, we are allowed to play football.
holy **** 12 miles? 8 miles?ahhhh do they let you stop? if you wanna get ripped go to the friggin army lol. i lifted wieghts two days ago and i mustve done something wrong cause my arms are KILLING me. i can barely move em they hurt so bad
CamFu

Runs... no they don't let you stop. Road marching, well that is at your own pace, but you usually have a time limit to get it done it. Like for example: 12 miles in 3 hours.
That all depends what your arms feel like. I'm not an expert, but usually if you don't workout at all and you start getting into it, the part of your body that has been exercised is sore. I mean, really sore. To the point of not wanting to move it because you feel it burn each time. Since I don't know what you feel like, you might want to look into it. If you don't workout properly, you could really hurt yourself.
Basically the reason for the pain is that when you workout, it tears down you body's muscle, but that is natural. What you body does then is builds up your muscles again, but stronger (and bigger).
well i worked my biceps so i expected it. but not this bad. i mean, ur supposed to work out the same muscle group every other day, and it hurts so bad i dont think im lifting today lol. maybe its because i took a week-week and a half break and came back and did my hardest work out yet :D
anyways.....what if you dont meet the time limit or pass out b4 u get done or something?

Everything depends on how you want to shape your body (yeah, that sounded weird). Some people work very specific muscles each day of the week. Some people work on upper body one day, lower body the next and abs everyday. Then there are some that workout arms twice a week, chest twice a week, abs four times a week, and legs twice a week. Some people workout 3 times a week. Some people just swim or just run. You just have to figure out what is best for you. Just get your body into some kind of routine.
And if we fail anything... we have to do it again until we pass.

Don't worry, I'll get to soon enough. Humping hurts like a bitch, especially up hills.

So true gekko. Up hills, down hills, on flat land... after about 6 miles it doesn't matter. No matter how many times I do it, I never look forward to walking with extra weight on my back.
Oh gekko... you will know soon enough, you will know all too well.

My muscles became incredibly strong (and still are), but I never got the six pack you're talking about... :(
Yeah I guess it has to do with fat.... so... we're gonna eat less snacks and sport a lot more. :)

FAQ about Abs workout (http://www.timbomb.net/ab/ab-top.html)
Check that website out. It doesn't give you a workout plan, but it might be able to answer some questions you have. **Note, this is from 1996
Exercises (http://archive.dstc.edu.au/TU/staff/timbomb/ab/exercises.html)
Here are some exercises from the website that I agree on. Give them a shot, who knows, maybe in six months you can start walking down the beach and impressing the babes!
Just keep in mind that when you workout, you aren't going to see results overnight. It takes months for you really to see a difference. You will notice a little difference after about 6 weeks, if you workout like you are supposed too (and eating right helps).
heres a few

 actually they are. But the funny thing is, the Military still has sit-ups as a part of our PT (Physical Fitness Test). And we do them all the time.

I've played Diablo II before, but it was a ((Illegal Copy))
So I wasn't able to take my druid online.
So hook a brother up and play sometime.
BalmunkTK is my name online.
I don't know where I'm at or anything like that.

"This was already a thread (Link to this thread would have been here)"
So I brought out this one.

Time for a lock.
If you really want to talk about DII, start another thread, because I don't really think you do, I'm going to put this one to sleep.
