While you are lying down on your bed, completely still...
A) Moving your hand a bit which takes almost no effort
B) Leaving your hand in the position it is in, which takes patience and no physical work.

thats kind of stupid to ask. if u altered answer from Moving your hand a bit which takes almost no effort to moving your hand a bit to make urself more comfy which takes almost no effort, it would make more sense

lying still, not moving my hand...lol...im too lazy...but then again, arnt we all?
Well, one could always lie down on one's hand. That's pretty easy, because you don't feel it's worth it to move your whole body to scratch your nose or something.
As for my answer, I chose A. I could be lifting a weight, uh...... doing something... down.... south.....

............or...... possibly playing a xylophone. Not to mention petting a dog, making a cake, tapping your finger to a song. It's all relative, and it's much more fun than staring up at the ceiling.

If I'm awake, it's definately easier to move my hand. My motor keeps on running until I go to sleep. I'm impatient, restless, and almost never comfortable.

Agreed.
I just can't stop moving when I am lying down or something.

Euhm they both don't take much effort, but I prefer moving around a bit to make myself comfy.
Now that you mention it, I slept terrible last 2 nights. In the weekends I sleep at my parents place, where I don't have my boekweit pillow (dunno if it's an English word, it's those little soft shells of seeds or something). There I have a terrible flat pillow. I keep moving around and changing the position of the pillow the whole night.

A. It takes more concentration to keep your hand still than it does to move it just a little bit.

it takes much more energy to concentrate on stuff than to just kind of go with the flow of things (um that doesn't completely make sense, but you see what i mean) ; I chose A
