I'd recommend the theme from Glory, the movie.

Point 1 :- I've never rapped in my life
Point 2 :- I don't listen to rap music
Point 3 :- I don't have many issues to rap about (but I'm willing to lie).

lmao an australian rapper.
no but seriously...

get a mic, and get acid pro or sum mixing software. learn how 2 use it. find some beats on kazaa by searching "rap beats" or "rap instrumentals"
make a band page on www.soundclick.com and upload ur music.
ask ppl around for opinions on boards like www.ughh.com/forums and improve urself, then go to producer forums on boards like www.ughh.com/forums . get a few ppl 2 help you with some original beats, make a few songs 4 a demo tape.. and send it 2 as many record labels as possible. then hope 2 get signed.
