More news on the new GBA, and it may be bigger than you think...
Yesterday we told you about a rumour of a new GBA, with a backlight and possibly a change to it's shape. Well, the rumours are back, and bigger than ever.
Rumours have now surfaced that the hardware itself will recieve a major upgrade. It is said to have four face buttons, two shoulder buttons and a flip-top lid.
Add to this a slimline battery, backlight and an improved chipset, and you've got yourself one hell of a handheld.
Nintendo are expected to make an announcement this month, to tie in with the company's 70th anniversary.
It all sounds too good to be true. But improving the hardware this much could mean "Only for GBA2" games, do you want to be forced to buy another handheld, when the GBA is still quite young? Nintendo know what they are doing though, I don't think they will alienate GBA owners.

All I have to say is that it would be great if they announced this!!! I have been holding off on getting a GBA and now I might just wait for the "GBA2". I guess Nintendo finally listened to people when we were wanting 4 face buttons instead of 2! But these are just rumors. Hopefully "trumors". (very bad ""pun"")
