Animated Gif Resizer?

Anyone know/have a program that can resize animated gifs? I will give 75 dblns. to the first person who either has one and can resize something for me or knows of a program I can download that can do it.

I can do it for you, or you can download Adobe Photoshop 6.0 or higher from Kazaa to do it....

Umm... there's lots of freeware programs that'll resize gif's for you... no need to DL PS or anything like that. IIRC IrfanView will do it just fine.
