Well, whenever I try to click 'connect' to enter the chat room nothing happens. Anyone know what to do?

Do you have the latest version of Flash and the latest Internet Explorer? Same thing happened to me but after I downloaded those it worked fine.

Yep, I've installed the newest versions of everything, didn't help. I e-mailed Nintendo about the problem but they haven't e-mailed me back yet.
