How weird...
Well I guess it's better than that previous idea of advertising on tombstones.

This is a stupid Idea. I'm not changing my name to Turok just for an XBox and 500 "stuff". But I wonder why they chose XBox:hmm:;)

Well I think the name "Turok" is kinda dumb imo. And I wouldnt volunteer for that, because chances are you wont win.

If I changed my name to Turok I'd be Turchastu. Just doesn't have that special ring to it.
Turok's not a bad name but to change it to that for those reasons and always feel connected to Acclaim it just doesn't seem right.

Ah, actually read it this time. You're just required to have your name as Turok for one year. After that you can change it back.

heh 500 pounds and an xbox pffffffft.
Mark Cubin (cubin? cuban?) (the guy who owns the dallas mavricks) offerd 100,000$ to a local (chicago) media personality to change his name to "dallas mavrick" for one year. They guy turned down the offer.

I would so do that! I mean, all my friends would still call me my 'real' name (probably not though, just to piss me off), my namebadge at work would still probably have my 'real' name on it. I can't see the harm personally. Life's short. Do something different!
