I have nothing against backyard wrestling, but anyone remember the abortion that was WCW Backstage Assault?
Evidently EIDOS doesn't...

Just as long as the game is a grappler and is faster the WMX8, I think it will do quite good. I think that this game would have to have a killer create-a-wrestler mode. I mean, wouldn't you want a near-perfect version of you while you are kicking ass in somebody's backyard?

I got to say this is just news.. Argh
First Acclaim decides o grace everyone with a sequel to the god awful Legends of Wrestling. I mean the game meant well but the grapple system blew more chunks than Attitude IMO. Now this stuff. The only redeeming point is that last I checked AKI made a game for Eidos I believe, So here's hoping the ask them to creae this game.
Not another horrible wrestling game that might actually sell well. :(

It has potential. So I don't see what you are worried about. If it sucks, it sucks. If it's good, it's good.

I never meant anything bad in what I said. I said that because I knew it was gonna happen eventually where they would make a ByW game.
