SOCMOM, Madden, TimeSplitters, Frequency and NBA 2K3 are all going to go online this fall. Now, here is the big question. Are you still going to play the one-player modes or seasons? Or are you just going to devote all of your effort into playing against people online?
I think that I will be playing a bit more online modes that single player... I don't really know why... Oh well. :D

I'll prolly play 50/50. Like I won't always be playing online, and won't always be playing offline. I'd like to try to even it out. When I play offline it be for getting better at whatever game it is, so when I play online I'll be good.

Probably all my time offline because I don't have a good connection speed, hence making the experience kinda suck.

What Germanator said... I won't even touch online gaming until I get cable or something :D
So for me it'll be all offline... unless I get DSL or cable which won't happen anytime soon :p

for some reason you seem happy that you won't be getting cable or DSL anytime soon

all offline until i beat the games. i don't see the point on getting a beating at the game and losing interest. i'd like to be fairly good at it before i try and play against really good people.
of course...SOCOM is a totally different story.

Say what? I am definately playing SOCOM offline for at least 8-10 hours so I get a really good feel for the game. I don't want to get embarassed online! I want to get the controls down-pat before I test my skills against other people.

Plus you can't do objective-based missions online, which kinda sucks. So you have to play offline to experience that stuff.
Plus if you don't play offline at most games you really, really suck online and then everyone laughs at you.
Online ain't all it's cracked up to be. I mean, did you stop playing single player in a game because it had multiplayer? Online is only multiplayer over the internet.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I want to play online very badly too! However, I figure the more I play offline, the better I will get before I show the world my stuff. ;)
