Looks nice... but I hear people talking about how it could be as good as GTA3, etc etc... but it doesn't seem much like you can go on big fun rampages... There doesn't seem to be many pedestrians and stuff O.o

It looks to be more mission/story based like most games... Whereas with GTA3 you can have fun going on crazy rampages... And so even though I've owned the game for months, it's still fun to pull it out and go on a crazy rampage...

Mewonders if The Getaway will be more like driver... Like you just drive places, but then of course in missions you get out and go do the mission :hmm:

I dunno... I guess we'll just have to wait and see... I havn't read any previews or nutin so I dunno if they've said anything aboot it...

It looks awesome

Great graphics especially for the PS2

The Getaway in my opinun could very well out do the upcoming GTA:VC and hopefully it will cause it looks amazing

I agree with DH. I think that this game might just follow the story only... And might not provide all of the fun-ness of killing people like crazy and whatnaught.

The pictures look amazing! Although the last ones are very dark... And I like how you can go into buildings, and what it looks like, stick people up!

Yeh GTA gave you that feeling of freedom "do what you want" kinda thing.

That was a major plus in GTA3.

We'll c how this works out. Screens look good though
