I've noticed on Bottled Water, it has an expiration date on it. I thought water never expires. Just an odd thing I noticed.:D

Well... water can go mildewy can't it? Like fungus on top of the water?
Considering water is constantly used over and over again through the cycles of water (insert proper name here, I somehow forget it) I doubt that it could ever go bad.

As long as it has been closed, and NEVER EVER opened, then no, it can't expire. If, it is opened once, it will be exposed to open air, and all sorts of things will be able to enter the water, and also live, and also successfully multiply.
The expiry date only counts if the bottle has actually been opened...

If it's brown, drink it down.
If it's black, send it back.

I think that there legally has to be an expiration date on all edible products. I don't think it will ever go bad when it's closed, but when it's opened, the expiration date doesn't say a thing. I mean, what if you open it 1 day before the date. Will it be spoiled the next day? No way.
Same with (dry) macaroni and stuff. I think it will take a loooong time for it to go bad, but there HAS to be a date on it... so they say you have to eat it within 2 or 3 years.
