This is suposedly taken from the Official Nintendo Magazine (UK).

(Posted by someone from the ign boards).

"After searching the internet we have found loads of rumours of rare making PD0, Rare have comfirmed that there is no perfect dark zero in development. However rare has invited ONM to their offices to playtest a top new action game, which we will be the first to bring to you next month. Is this the Perfect Dark game for the GameCube? Or is it something new from the rare kitchen, find out next month. Whatever it is, we will be the first to bring you news on this new game. So fingers crossed for Agent Dark, you may be suprised."

First of all, I'm not sure if this is really from the magazine, so confirmation would be helpful :D.

It does look a little fake though, considering the contradiction in the excerpt.

Anyway, Perfect Dark can't be classed under an action game can it?

Unless it becomes a 3rd person action shooter, in which case, would prove those rumours true :D.

Or maybe this is another JFG game?

I just hope Rare make an FPS.

Either way, I can't wait to find out in the new issue next month! (That's if this is really written in the magazine).

Hopefully we hear official news soon. I'd like to see another Rare FPS (hopefully Perfect Dark). But I guess I wouldn't mind an action game.

Well, gamecubexl.com does have a news story about PD:0 shown on some pamphlet or brochure at some game thing in France. I tried getting the picture, but it says site not there.

We have all seen that photo copy of the thing from the show.
Thats what they were talking about in the article:

Hmm I remember when PD was in development for the N64, a magazine I regularly read (Then N64 Magazine now NGC Magazine) asked for ideas you would like to see in PD, and those ideas were forwarded to rare, a former employee of the magazine works for Rare.

Now in the most recent edition of NGC Magazine they were asking for your ideas you would like to see included in PD2, probably coincidence but it makes you wonder.

I would crap myself if they announced a sequel to Jet Force Gemini. That would be 'the dogs bollocks'(*) as they say.

(*)Note to non English people: That means excellent, but even more excellent than excellent. whatever.
