Mac Vs PC

Can some MAC users please inform me on the advantages that MACs have over Pc's?

I tried to use a Mac G4 (OSX) not long ago for about 2 weeks, and I find it really frustrating to do simple tasks. Like changing monitor resolution, or making IE full screen.

So going back to my question.............

Advantages?

I want to learn Mac's coz I've been told they're really good. But I need to know some basics first.

Monitor resolutions. Go to the Apple, go down to System Preferences. Then click on Display, and it's in there.

IE windows, it doesn't go full screen like Windows. Just resize it. Drag the lower-right corner.

Actually, I believe clicking the green button in the upper left corner will "maximize" your IE window.

It doesn't really maximize it though. It's kinda like the button in OS 9, it almost flips between 2 sizes
