Owners of Super Mario Sunshine and Metroid Prime will find news surprises the next time they play Super Smash Bros. Melee ...
Super Smash Bros. Melee proved with Pikmin that you don't need an internet connection to update a game. With a Pikmin save on the same memory card, you'll recieve a new trophy the next time you play Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Sure enough, Nintendo has continued to add value to SSBM by adding a Mario on Yoshi and a Samus (helmetless!) trophy to Super Smash Bros.
Whether these trophies were all ready in the game and triggered by game saves, or whether the trophy model is in the save is still unknown (and Nintendo ain't telling). All we know is that they are activated only with these saves on the card.

I never saw this coming! Who knows what the hell is hidden in that game(unless it reads off the mem card:unsure: )

They could have a LoZ trophy or SFA trophy in there too. Whatever was in production when they started SSB:M could have one.
(Too bad there was no ED trophy.)

I wonder if anyone at Interact/People who make Gameshark know of anymore hidden trophies?:sneaky: I guess we'll have to wait until sometime in August to find out (Can't remember the exact date Gameshark comes out for 'Cube)

We'll finally see Samus' face!
P.S. Why is Bowser so much bigger than Mario in Marioo 64? He isn't much bigger than Mario in SSBM?

I believe in the original SSB they say Kirby is only 8 inches high.

They changed their sizes to fit into a fighting game. Big deal. :)
I think Samus had green hair in Metroid 1. Hmmm... better beat Super Metroid again (within 3 hours of course).

I think Samus is gained some weight around the hip area since her time off:unsure:

It's not that funny. I was thinking that he meant this would be the first time we would see her face in full 3D. Unless you want to count the pic. that IGN had, showing her face reflecting off her visor.

Didn't Samus have blonde hair at the end of the Famicom/NES Meteroid?

Ya, green then blond.
Well, Link's hair color changed from brown to pink to blond and no one complained.

Well, I personally, am getting tired of Nintendo modifying the scaling of each character in relation to others and the environments. I expect be Bowser to be huge. His normal size should be at minimum what it is when he has taken a mushroom. Kirby should be one of the smallest. Pikachu should not be as big a Fox. Mewtwo should be much taller than Mario. Tsk tsk tsk. This game screams innaccuracy.

Is English your native language? Were you purposely using slang? Here let me fix that up for you...

Dutch is my native language. English is my second, French my third.
And of course I understand quite a bit of German and Fries (some local language like welsch).
