I think Sega should polish up the graphics. Namely in the people (his clothing and whatnot still look like they came from the DC) and maybe the scenery(trees, etc..). But overall, I guess this will turn out fine. But since I don't own an XBox, I'll have to read the reviews when they come and decide whether to start saving or not.

Amazing game, if you got an X-Box just don't miss it out. Although it's not everybody's cup of tea.

But why change something that already looks so good? In my opinion the clothes and buildings look great, of course they are going to look different though, because it's in Hong Kong. But I do think the flowers in the fourth and fifth screen shot could use some more work. But I would think Sega is only going to fix up a few things, maybe boost up the sound quality and also some camera angles.

Probably with 3x the framerate. Remeber how the framerate constantly deeped in the first one on DC.

You didn't exactly expect Sega to pay Nike, Adidas, Sony etc for their brandnames to be used in the game. Why not advertise yourself for free, instead of paying to advertise others.

A game is not exactly a movie where they pay tons of money to show a brandname on an actor.

What's that camera icon in the first six pics? I don't remember that in the DC version...



I hope they have some way to transfer the DC Shenmue I save over to the XBox for ShenmueII. Like a kiosk in Blockbuster or something.

The pics are awesome i cant wait to buy Shenmue 2 for XBOX. The first was freakin cool and the second one will be even better!!:)

it doesn't have to be tons of money, even if its only thousands or tens of thousands of dollars sega would take it.
