Generally, it doesnt snow here (Close to sea level anyway).

Its just cold. Lots of Southern winds, sun not poking his head up much, raining alot.

That's not true. You can deflate the chair and then stick your head in the deflated chair and suffocate yourself. Trust me, I've tried it on my little siblings.
