The Memory Card 251 is an information storage device used to record information such as game progress, high scores and more. The Memory Card 251 can store 251 "blocks" of information - more than four times the capacity of the Memory Card 59. Memory Cards are REQUIRED for nearly all Nintendo GameCube games that save game progress.
And here's what the intelligent? People of EBworld.com have to say about the new memory card:
personally i have 2 memory cards for the gamecube already and for $$ dollars how can you go wrong. all my stuff fits on it and i have soooooooooooooooo much more room.
If u get an xbox u can play games, dvds, and cd, plus u get more than 100,000 blocks. when u get your xbox is says avalible 50,000 b. but i have used 80,000 b and it still says it has more that 50,000 b. dont waste your money on memory cards. get an xbox.
Even though this was a brillant move by Nintendo. They were a little late. I had just purchased Resident Evil with a Memory Card. Now I am stuck with 2 memory cards. Why should I get another? My Xbox has enough memory, with over 100,000 blocks what is not to like? It is a great idea, but at the wrong time.
