Why are you sorry for?? I just said if you revised properly you wouldn't be sweating bullets right now....I did mean for you to take it as an offense. Maybe I should put more smilies in my post...then people wouldn't take me seriously sometimes.
But I'm sure everyone goes though or went though what your going though now..I know I did.
Now to add my smilies to the post to show that my words are not meant to be offensive

Well I have one exam for History on Tuesday and an oral exam with some guy that's like head of the French department for my county or something on Wednesday (doesn't affect my overall mark). It's for the province.
*shrugs*
I haven't received any final marks, but I figure I have at least a final mark of 75 for French. As for History, I'm going in to the exam with like a 92, so it shouldn't be that bad :sneaky:.

I did pretty good all year, but the last exams were tests (the others are all written) and, well, let's just say that if I had spit on the answer sheet, I could've gotten higher in some exams.
But the teacher's decided to give some extra points, so I got good, all-around grades.
And Angrist, what's the SNEEK beside your name mean? Your school?

I'm done with all my finals... on Monday we have periods 7 and 8 and well I have Study's then :D I'm so happy....
I don't know any of my grades but I have a pretty good idea what they look like
German: 90-100 (took it last year and it was really easy then too)
American Govt. : failed (I hate that class)
English: 70-80 (I did really well on my essay)
Math: 90-100 (really easy)
ROTC: didn't have to take it
Science: 85-95 (it was pretty easy but I'm not sure how I did)

Anyway here are my final marks/notes/whatever you call them at the moment:
Dutch: 6
French: 6 (almost a 7)
English: 7 (almost an 8)
Math B: 4 (almost a 5)
Physics: 7
Chemics: 7
Biology: 7.
Not too shabby if I may say so. I don't know how they test there in America, but here it's virtually impossible to get much higher than a 9, unless you're some kind of freak who does nothing besides learning and is very smart.
I didn't do a thing for it, while it's the highest grade there excist here, so I guess I'm kinda good, but lazy.
You're marks are out of 10, right? If so, isn't 4 a little low? And why is it Math B? What's the B?
In Turkey, marks were given out of 10 when my Dad was in school. And when you had lower than 4, you had to go to the grade you were in again (I forgot what it's called. Flunking? Failing? Somebody help me!). My Dad's History was 4, but luckily, he passed with an extra exam.
I wonder how my notes are. We get our report cards this Tuesday.

Well in our school we have different levels of classes...
A's are the hardest(college prep), B's are a little more easy(they go at a slower pace), and C's are basicly for people that don't get things as fast as A or B. Then there's also C-mod and that's for the REALLY stupid people
I have all A classes and some of the time it's hard depending on the class, for me that is. I know there is people that struggle in my class but they take it anyway *shrugs* there grade
I don't know if it's the same system or not

Hey! C mods are for the special ed kids -- the ones with a learning disability! It's not nice to make fun of them!
A level aren't college prep.. AP (Advanced Placement) and Honors courses are college prep.. A level is moving at a fast pace to cover material.. they don't really slow down. B level is same material as A, but just slower. C is even slower.

EVERYONE LISTEN TO SHOOTER! He can never be wrong...
Yes AP courses are college prep but A classes are much harder than B because they move so much faster. At the beginning of the year my consular told me that A classes were basically like college prep but any of the classes you take you can always get into college.
Edit: Sorry for the comment on the C-mod class... :-/

They encourage you to take 4 years of Math though... and Colleges like to see that on your application. Even though you only have one more year, I highly suggest that you take 4

There's no way in hell that I'm going to take 4 years of math. Colleges can kiss my ass... I hate math and I refuse to take more than what's required.
Same with science.. if you wantto get into college, they recommend that you take a full year of either Chemistry or Physics -- screw that. I hated both Chemistry and Physics, they both sucked, so I'm not going to take the full year course if I hated the hafe year preview of it. It's not required, so screw it. I'm stuck taking biology next year, but that's required, and it should be a pretty cool course, plus I dropped from A level to B level, so I should be all set.
The only thing that I'm doing that the colleges recommend is taking 4 years of English (required) and I'm planning to take 4 years of Spanish, and I want to get into Honors Spanish 4, because I plan to major in Spanish when I'm in college.

My math final was similar to that too. It was a 50 question multiple choice. We could use notes, book, anything(except your neighbor:D ) Plus, if we did the 3 extra credit assignments, they were worth an extra 20% But he never told us our grade since we started taking it 2nd to the last day of school. And everyone got finished on the last day. But I guess I could call the school if I realllly needed to know.
