I figured the Gaming Side is rather Nintendo-centric and barren right now.
I'm curious as to what you want/expect from the next round of systems from MS and Sony?
I mean if rumors are to be believed, they are about a year's off from release.

Thats actually a good question. I hope the PS3 online remains free. Maybe a redesigned controller on both Consoles, I mean the PS3 controller has been essitentially the same since the original playstation, I think its long overdue for an update. Other than that who knows really.

That's the main thing I hope for. Just because I find it highly stupid to want people to pay for their internet connection and the privilege to play online with your system.
Really, all I want on the next gen is better graphics and frame rate - so I'm definitely not going to be let down. Aside from something gimmicky like "a glove and helmet combo you wear with sensors on it which is how you control the system" or "a series of pulleys and levers replacing a controller" what could you really want other than better graphics that flow more realistically on-screen.

I, too, just want better graphics and framerate. No more stuttering, no more texture pop-ins.
I may not even pay for Xbox Live on the next system. It's honestly not that much better than the Playstation Network. I do pay for Plastation Plus, but it's much cheaper than Live and you get tons of free games.
And the Playstation dashboard is not overloaded with advertisements. And a lot of the stuff you get with Live Gold, you get for free on other systems (like Netflix). What exactly am I even paying for?

The Privilege of a Gold Membership - kinda like how old people love having "Platinum Cards" because it sounds all regal and shit.

That's a good point, actually - it would be a complete shame if they overhauled it, removed free services/old PS games.
