At the very least ban SteetsHat. It's been at it for weeks.
I posted in the staff forum that someone with access to the administrator control panel needs to turn on email confirmation and/or administrator approval for new members a few weeks ago.

How many active members still remain? I at least check the forums everyday.

I check every day, usually to see what new cool stuff Teuthida has found. :p

By the way, I didn't mean the whole GT forum, just the movies/television section. I don't understand why, but apparently it attracts a lot of bots.
I'd hate to see GT go. :)

Heh. And I mostly use the forum to just post such things. I could probably mod this board easily enough.

Ok, now the bots are starting to link to some really really sick crap (judging by the urls). Is there only 1 mod for this forum???

There aren't really "mods"
I mean Typhoid and I have the power, but that's the extent of it.
I'm not always around, and I can't speak for him.

If Typh's availability is like yours, are you the best choice for moderators? No insult intended, but if we're going to maintain a forum the moderators should be accessing the forums at least once a day.

Is there a reason why we all couldn't be "mods." The only thing I can think of that really requires moderation in such a small, insular group is deleting spam posts, so... Why not just give that ability to everyone so we can just delete those posts as they come?

I like that idea.

Madness!
Chaos!
Dancing in the street!
Honestly, because no one has been able to give mod powers in like a year and a half.
BaB, is it just simply a matter of pressing a delete button? Could you share your account with one of us temporarily, in order to clean up?
