That is quite shark-like. I would say it needs some googly eyes, but then no one would fear it. And that is a rock to be feared.

I assume because of the cheap entry price with the Fire being 200 and Touch I think being like 150

I wanted a Fire, but ended up winning a Galaxy Tab in Sept so didn't need one.

As for me, got a new bed, some sheets, money and PJs

I still prefer my Nook. In fact, my household just purchased another one (one of the new small $100 ones).

The whole point of an e-reader to me is the e-ink screen.

But the fire is a pseudo tablet!

And tablet> E-Reader since it doe so much more.

We should have a thread on em...

I got Uncharted 3 and Rayman Origins. I have had very little time to play either of them yet. I also got a new nice computer chair (my old one was pretty crappy)

I disagree...which is why I have a tablet (Galaxy) and an e-reader (Nook). :lolz:

Don't forget you are also responsible for horrific working conditions and human rights violations in China.

Are your shirts stitched by a better class of children than his are? :ohreilly:

To be clear, I was joking around. In fact, foreign sweatshops tend to play better than average for the region and over the long run have shown to increase the standard of living and opportunities where present.

Aside from killing the environment, may I ask what do you two prefer about e-Readers?

Is it the size or the screen or something?

I already said - the e-ink. Being a bit smaller and lighter is also nice, but it's mainly the e-ink. It feels like I'm reading off of a page - no glare or back light on the eyes.

e-ink

E-Ink reminds me of Hee-Haw. The donkey noise, not the show.

This. Also, I like to read right before bed and I read somewhere that staring at a backlit screen right before you go to bed can make it difficult to get to sleep.

The blue light interferes with melatonin production. Download the free program flux to map your screen's hue with the sunrise/sunset. Whenever I go into the other room and look at my friend's screen after using flux on mine, it almost hurts how bright the blue light is. Flux really helps with sleep cycles.
