3DS Accomplishments

I didn't know about this (Mainly because I've been making a program and documenting it and nothing else) but this sounds nice. This shouldn't have been hard to implement for Nintendo. Anyways, did Nintendo mess anything up here or did they get it right? I don't have a 3DS and I don't know when (or if) I'll get the nice Limited Edition Zelda 3DS. So... I want your opinion, guys.

As far as I can tell, its simply "Achievements" for the Mii Plaza on the 3DS. Various ones tied into being social and playing the two games built into the system.

Not sure if it goes further than that.

Yeah it seems fairly rudimentary. I got 150 people tagged after one day of PAX though, I was pretty happy about that. So I covered the Region achievements. The problem is, I don't think there's any way to show off your achievements to other people. I really like Nintendo's online model, but they really fall flat in that area. If I play online in Mario Kart I want people to see that I've 3-star'd 50cc, 100cc, and 150cc. Not just a coin count. I guess Hats in the street plaza are like that.
