In addition to Ghostopolis (http://www.gametavern.net/forums/showthread.php?t=21683)I also picked up this comic book over the weekend....and I ended up reading both in one sitting.
Locke and Key is a more serious and morbid book than Ghostopolis. It's based around three siblings (last name Locke) who live in a house where, depending on what keys you use to open certain doors, strange things happen when you step through them. One example is that you die and become a ghost, but if you pass back through the door you reenter your body. There's another door that switches your gender.
Some of the best storytelling and pacing I have ever seen in a comic. Art is really great too.
