Open beta will probably begin in July and they are expecting to have at least 10,000 to 20,000 players once they ramp it up. Wolfpack had just finished a big graphics upgrade and they were showing it off at E3. The upgrades should be put into the beta within the next week or two."

I'm gonna be playing this game with my Mac clan. But... anyone in this clan plan to play? Open beta begins in July, nice time to start building a guild.

Ubi Soft makes the game... in case you wana find the site to get more info. I don't know it off the top of my head.

is it a beta where anyone can just dl and play or do u have to sign up and a certain number of ppl can join?

We'll it's in the 2nd phase of beta testing now, still private. You could sign up, but likely didn't get picked, like it always is.

Open beta, to my knowledge, is open to the public, or everyone who signs up. Pretty much the final stage in beta testing, just making sure all the hardware configurations will work out, and that no one else finds any problems.
