It's a social network for games, showing off your achievements and getting news and updates about games, and of course, seeing what other people play and think about the games they play. Kind of like Facebook :)

It sounds like a good idea. A while back I was watching a random podcast where they also discussed how gamers are missing a good network site for games. I mean, you don't want to talk about games in front of your Facebook friends/family.

So maybe I'll sign up, I'm not sure yet. I try to keep my amount of social network sites as low as possible.

To be honest, they just changed their layout, and even though they're aiming for something like Facebook, it still has a long way until it gets to the "social" part. It's very basic, with the emphasis on games and achievements. And that's why it's interesting.

YOU may not, my friends and family know when I'm excited about something. I'm sure my Facebook wall was terrible during the launch of the last two Mario games. And you get more than enough comic book movie news on it.

You also get no replies at all from BaB. You have to be satisfied with what he posts :p

Nah, I was just joking. I don't think they added the referral thing after the recent interface overhaul anyway.
