It will not be ported to the PC. Sales of SF4 PC were awful.

But yep, the way I heard it its pretty much due to piracy, I never cared about Street fighter on PC though, but IF SSF is ever to come out on PC I would get it (just to play with a friend who has a 360 instead of a ps3)
