Congratulations!

Nickname could be Tar Mill. Not sure what a tar mill would be exactly but I foresee her having a fruitful future of entrapping sabretooth tigers to be converted to a usable form of energy.

True story*: my cousin is named Alexandra Tara. One day I looked at her name and decided it could be the basis of a great screen name.

Ok, but seriously. That's an excellent name. Congratulations.

*actually a complete lie

Current member, but I know CamFu has a kid, and ShadowLink as well.

Both when they were posters.

Both when they were posters.

I'm sure they still have kids.

I meant it as, they had their kids when they were posters.

As opposed to someone like Joeiss, who is a father, but his kid was born long after he stopped posting here.

Joeiss is a father? Since when? Is he married?

I was going to bust your chops but instead I'll just congratulate you on your new baby.

Hope you and your wife get some sleep.

Congratulations good sir! Did you know it would be a girl? Were you hoping for a girl or a boy? Jk

What sport/profession are you going to vicariously try to force her to play/be?

How will philosophy, political thought, and religion be taught to her? Indoctrination I hope?

My parents were very open with me when it comes to philosophy/politics and religion, so I imagine I'll be open to my kids. All I'll do is challenge their ideas, regardless of how they turn out. There is nothing more pathetic or useless as a lazy opinion.

I vote for badminton. I've never seen a crazy dad trying to relive their youth through badminton obsession.

And congratulations. The thought of having kids kind of scares me. :)

It's a girl, so...beach volleyball, obviously.
