Okay, I just thought this would be interesting for RPG players. How many hits (approximately) did it take for you to beat a boss in the fastest time? Mine was 2 hits.

Uhh.... what game? When you say that do you mean a last boss? If you consider Diablo2 an rpg then :D one second flat in one shot :D

But thats not a turnbased rpg not like the FF series or chrono games.

Depends. In Chrono Cross, I beat a boss in one hit.

FF7,Low-level character(Me-level 20) 1-on-1 against a medium-level character(Maybe30-35?)

In Chrono Trigger, I have beaten several bosses using just Crono's Luminare spell once. I also beat Yakka with a single slash from Crono's sword.

Of course, this was in a new game + file, but still...:D

No hits...

Well in Paper Mario, if you equip the right badge, you are able to do these spin moves to much weaker enemies and they will fly off screen so you won the battle. You get no points, but you wouldn't have gotten any if you battled them either so eh.

Hmmm the one that stands out in my mind is in TLOZ: majoras mask whn I equipped the Feirce Deity mask and kicked a boss's arse in 4 hits.

Yaa Yaa Haay Yaaa like that with the sword and he was dead, teach him not to mess with the Feirce Daiety.

AAH I GOT IT

No hits... thats right NO HITS you see the Skedar leader on Perfect Dark has a Super Sheild so you cant hit him, the monument thing kills him... but hey you said RPG's and I am counting Zelda as an rpg in this case.

A few hits for the boss in Chrono Trigger. :D

Oh course it was a plus file
