My god peeps. Do you play PC games or what? I mean honestly, we got people like Shooter getting new computers thrown at him (yet somehow only plays Half-Life and Starcraft), and none of you guys play PC games?

I mean, what a time to get into it! Neverwinter Nights coming out soon, WarCraft III soon, World of warcraft shown at E3, Shadowbane beta tests, Soldier of Fortune II just released, Return to Castle Wolf, Ghost Recon expansion, Tac Ops: Assault on Terror, anything people???

Unreal Tournament 2003 demo being released in the next week or so, Unreal II looking sweet as hell, same with Doom III. Rainbow Six: Raven Shield shown at E3, as with Roller Coaster Tycoon II, and Myst Online. I mean, come on peeps!

We need to get some people to come to the computers forum more often. There's more to PCs than cases and talking about how much MS sucks.

Sorry, I don't play games on the computer. I have video game systems that meet those needs.

Unless you have something new to offer me from the world of the Sims. ;)

Jeez, I haven't played Starcraft in about 4 months, I've been playing The Sims a lot recently, and the occasional game of UT every now and then. My main focus has been passing Driver's Ed so I can get my license :D I'm going to get Warcraft III when it comes out, I signed up to be a beta tester, but I wasn't selected. I have the Rainbow Six games, but I can't play them on my ****ty computer, I play them on my brother's when I can, and I'm going to get Roller Coaster Tycoon II when it comes out.

I dont play PC games that often, as someone else mentioned my consoles meet my gaming needs. I do play emulated SNES games on my PC a lot though.

Glad to hear the next installment of the Warcraft saga is finally almost here, I will have to invest in a purchase of this game, definately.

****ty computer? You just got a free one!!!! That would be beyond fine for the current Rainbow Six games. And if you bought a GeForce 4 Ti like everyone told you to, that computer would be hella nice. The only thing that it might not run too well is Doom III, which requires at least a GeForce 3, but I wouldn't recommend playing it with anything less than the video cards that come out this fall. It was shown at E3 running on ATI's upcoming card.

gekko, I turned down the free computer. I want a Mac, and if I get that one, I'd have to wait 4 years before I could get a Mac. With turning that one down, I might be able to get a Mac in about 6 months. :D

The PC is free. Why turn it down? It's not costing you any more.

Did you read anything that I just wrote? I'd have to wait about 4 more years to get a Mac (as a graduation present) if I got the new PC, but if I turned it down, I can probably get a Mac within 6 months.

I used to be big into PC games, but now that my computer is way outdated, well, until I get a new one, I wont be getting many PC games. So either somebody buy me a new PC, or find some good games that will run well on my 400mhz AMD k6 2.

Uhh... looks like it's time for you to get a new PC. There's a bunch of sweet-ass games coming out, so I'd say now is the time to get one, if you are looking. WarCraft 3 and NWN in June. Upcoming FPS like Unreal Tournament 2003 (demo in a few weeks!), Unreal II, Splinter Cell, Raven Shield, RtCW expansion, Doom III, etc.

Plus Intel is releasing new chipsets soon, that support the new 533mhz FSB and USB 2.

Just hold off on a high-end graphics card until this fall.

I'm not play Online games that cost a fortune in addition to my High-Speed Internet access when I hardly have enough time for the games I want anyway.

Their are some games I've played online, but most of them had "free" online capability and didn't cost $25 bucks a month to play.

If you want to see what I'm playing Online, here's the list:

Star Trek: Voyager Elitle orce w/Expansion Pack
Xwing Vs. Tie Fighter Flight School (good luck finding this one)
DooM Collector's Edition (all DooM PC games in their DOOM95 format f I can find someone who want's to play against me over a LAN connection, the game's only $20.00 at Chips & Bitsd onlien where I bought it and it has DOOM DOOM II and Final DOOM, wait yoy say you have Windows XP? Sucks to be you!)

Here are the games WILL be getting:

"The Sims" Expanion Packs (anything after Livin' Large, I'm going in order, so that emans House Party is next, and I'm skipping Hot Date to go striaght to Vacation because I didn't liethe setup fo Hot Date and the "cheats" it removed)

"DooM III": If you didn't read the IGN review, get off your @$ and read it, NOW, there's a good remark about a "Shifty Bald guy with a Mechanical Arm" that sounds alot like CamFu, he works in a Military Installation on Mars, Gekko I advise you read this revie, because Cam's gonna have alot more joke made about him AFTER this game is on shelves.

Star Trek: Bridge Commander (Take a starship, sit on your arse and bak out orders in a single-player campaign, then go into multi-player mode and bark out ordersto kill your buddies, what coulsd be more fun? This ame has also been rated as one of the best since Voyager: Elite Force came out and "revived" the Star Trek universe of computer gaming)

Star Trek: Elite Force II ( No more voyager, you're now on the Enterprise-E with a good amount of weaponry and in a new FPS as a member of the "Hazard Team", this time the Graphics enigne is from a different multiplaer "Quake" game than Q3A and it looks sweet. I'm joining the 133t f0rc3."

Freedom Force: old comic-book style heroes turned into a Computer game rule, 'nuff said.

In addition to these PC Games I'm getting a $#*!,load opf console games for my GCN and my two GBA's, one of which will arrive in about two weeks.

I'l have a limited Edition Platinum GBA in about two eeks, and I'm looking for these games soon afterwards:

MK: Deadly Alliance, the best MK game since MK 2, this is on the GCN, and the GBA as well as the other consoles

Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World GBA ('nuff said)

The Legend of Zelda GBA (it's actualy a remake of the SNES Zelda: A link to the past with a multi-player mode)

Resident Evil for the GCN (I know I should kick my own ass for not buying it yet, I just haven't had the cash to blow)

SSB:M (see above)

Metroid Prime GCN (eagerly awaiting this game)

Super Mario Sunshine GCN (not only do I want this, I'm playing Luigi's Mansion to be ready for it)

Metroid 4 GBA (I just WANT it)

Zelda GCN (same reason as Metroid 4)

Power Rangers: Wild Force GBA (yeah, yeah can it already! If this is anything like the "Power Rangers: time Force" GBA game, that little sidescroller similar to the "old" TMNT Games could very well have me sticking my nose in a GBA for the rest fo my life, I love old "beat 'em up" style arcade games, and this is that style game so shut your mouth wit any remarks and start playing games dammit!)

As you can see, I have enough "Games" I want to buy without Multi-Player Only games to add to the list and be force to pay-per-play every month, I hate MMORPG's and I'm Pissed that FF: XI is going to be one of them because at least Game consoles used to only have good ol' Single-Player RPG's and I'm hoping that the GCN broadband and 56K modem adapters won't be for "Online ONLY" gaming, I like having Online gaming as part of the game, not the whole game.

I'm playing games on several systems, if you were to count every "Game System" in my house, excluyding PC's owned by me and my brother, you'd get a Grand total of 17 stems, soon to be 18 with my Second GBA, and if you add the PC's into this "group" of Game Machiens than there are 21 starting in aboutt wo weeks when my new GBA arrives, so I have plenty of games to play, if I if I get three more systems I could play a "different" system every hour, so it's not a question of "Why don't I have games", it's a question of "How much time can I piss away on games" instead.
