I know its WAY too early, but I figured it would be a fun month ride.
So with e3 2010 in just one short month, I was curious what GTers expected from the big 3?
We already know some of the key reveals such as games for the Natal and PS Move launch. Nintendo will be there with Zelda and the Vitality Sensor and the 3DS.
So let's hear your wildest speculation.
And just to get the crazy train rolling

I feel like this is going to be an exciting E3...and seeing Elder Scrolls V on that list makes me tingly inside.
Not to mention Fable 3 (one of my all time favorite series of games), Gears of War 3 (another one of my all time favorites), Halo Reach, Marvel vs Capcom 3, the new Witcher game, new Zelda, new Mario Kart...I hope a lot of that list is true.
Although why would Mass Effect 3 be a sony exclusive?

I'm calling BS on that list. Everything that stands out to me is designed to cause some sort of violent reaction. Besides, where is it supposed to have come from? I could make that same list in five minutes.
I mean "The Legend of Zelda: the [sic] Fall of Hyrule?" Sounds very exciting, but it just falls into the same rumors that were around when TP was just announced. Its also far from the usual pattern that Zelda titles fall into. It sounds like a crappy fanfic.
There is also no way that Mass Effect 3 would be a Sony exclusive. I could buy that they might port over the first two games and have ME3 multi-console, but it wouldn't be a PS3 exclusive. That inclusion is entirely for the purpose of seeing rabid fanboys go nuts. Its not impossible, I suppose. Dumber things have happened, but I just can't imagine how EA could possibly think there's a larger profit to be made for the final chapter of a trilogy to be released on a console that neither of the previous games were on.
So, anyway, rumors and predictions are fun, but only if they're not... dumb.

You never know...don't forget Resident Evil 4 was suppoused to be a Gamecube Exclusive, and it was for quite awhile, before it was finally released on PS2.

I should just point out that there is a 99% chance that the list is a fake. It looks to take known entities and add some out there predictions.
You never know...don't forget Resident Evil 4 was suppoused to be a Gamecube Exclusive, and it was for quite awhile, before it was finally released on PS2.
That was a slightly different case though.
I mean there is no logical reason for EA to make Mass Effect 3 PS3 exclusive, if anything else I can see it being ported to the PS3, but exclusivity doesn't make sense at this point.

Kevin Butler will show up and Sony will win the conference because of it.
As far as Nintendo goes, we'll see their Vitality Sensor used, and my guess is that it'll be packed in with Wii Party, similar to the packaging of Resort/MotionPlus, WiiBo/Wii Fit, and Wii Play/Wiimote.
"Fall of Hyrule" sounds like fanfiction. Most Zelda subtitles deal with a main character or a critical item. My guess is that the title will deal with this woman/Master Sword. Hopefully we'll also see a Pikmin 3 reveal.
Nintendo missed a huge opportunity when they decided to launch a new Pokemon game for the DSi instead of the 3DS. The 3DS will sell, but can you imagine the damage it would deal if Pokemon was the title bundled, much less launched with it? They have another opportunity with a Mario Kart launch title, so here's hoping they do the smart thing in that situation.
We'll see more hands-on with Natal in some core-oriented games, but I'm still skeptical. The technology's fantastic, but it's less practical than Wii motion is for core games. No buttons? No tangible asset to hold on to where things like golf/baseball are concerned? Movement is limited to what I can do in real life? I'll pass. If Microsoft leans more towards Natal=accessible games rather than Natal=the new way to play, then they'll be heading down the right track.

Apples and bananas. Resident Evil 4 was a departure for its series in both gameplay and story. It also was initially released exclusively on the originally announced platform and the series had been multiplatform before anyway so it wasn't too much of a surprise when it hit the sequel to its original system.
MAss Effect 3, on the other hand, will be connected to its previous games like no other game has before, at least to my knowledge. It has also ONLY been released on the 360 and PC so far. For EA to come out and release it exclusively for the PS3 would be very poor decision pretty much alienating most of the fanbase that made the first two games successful. It just wouldn't work.

And more e3 ramblings
VG247 has learnt that Sony is to reveal plans for PSN’s premium services at E3.
According to a highly-placed source, Sony will announce a large-scale monetizing scheme for PSN at the LA show, but we’re assured nothing planned will impact the service’s current free aspects.
A string of features will be revealed, apparently costing “less than £50 per year”.
Sony will confirm plans to give all subscribers one free PSN game per month, from a choice of “two to four” every month.
“If you work it out, PSN games cost an average of £6-9 each, so over a year you’re basically going to be breaking even,” said our source.
A streaming music application similar to Spotify will be announced in Sony’s press conference on June 15. It’s thought that this can run in the background while playing games.
Rumours that cross-game voice chat is being saved as a paid feature are apparently not true, we were told.
“I can tell you now, 100 percent, that that’s not the case,” our man continued.
“There’s nothing in the premium package which will gimp regular PSN users.”
The PSN premium services announcement is thought to be a major part of Sony’s E3 conference, which will also heavily feature Move.
It’s thought that a PSP2 announcement, for this reason, is unlikely, and will be saved for either gamescom or TGS later this year. Get more detail on that here.
Project Natal to cost close to $200
While UK sources were telling MCV that the motion controller would run $80, perhaps less, the three Swedish retail sites are all listing the device for 1,499 SEK, which works out to just under a whopping $200. Now keep in mind a $60 game runs nearly $80, but that's still a pretty penny if it's correct.

But ya, I agree with this probably going to be a pretty exciting E3. With all the new hardware introduced, it's going to be time to show off the big guns. Hoping for some cool Natal stuff - really eager to see what Rare is up to.
All I want from Nintendo is something-Zelda. Anything. It seems like we're gonna get something good, too. Looking forward to it.
And with Sony...meh. I'm not too excited about anything coming their way. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised. And again, KB please.

And I await the backlash Nintendo will receive for
a) rehasing the same game
b) changing it too much for the core audience
c) dumbing it down
Sure one of those will happen.
Now for the SE guessing game
Square Enix USA, perhaps taking a hint from all of Square Enix Japan’s Twitter talk, is teasing an unannounced game.
“Oh and working on stuff for an unannounced game,” Sonia Im, Assistant Director of Public Relations at Square Enix tweeted. “Think people are going to be shocked and stoked ”
Shocked and stoked? Xenogears 2 would fit that description for me, but I’ll curb my expectations now. There are a ton of games Square Enix USA could announce for North America like Nanashi no Game and The 3rd Birthday. None of those would be “shocking” though. Perhaps, this is something brand new.
Before you post your guess in the comments remember Square Enix owns Eidos. Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, and Kane & Lynch 2, those are all Square Enix properties.

Figured, spruce this thread up with random questions until e3, maybe.
So with e3 in just 2 weeks now, what do you expect Microsoft to announce?
I ask because going into e3, we know about the next Halo, the next Gears of War, the next Call of Duty, and those are arguably, MS' biggest franchises this gen.
Will the focus mainly be on Project Natal?

I don't keep track of MS or Sony.
For Nintendo, I'm slowly starting to give up hope on Pikmin 3 and some other semi-announced games (Kid Icarus?).
For Nintendo, the presentation will probably be:
15 minutes of how succesful Wii and DS have been. (They show some good new games like SMG2, MH3, Sin and Punishment...)
15-20 minutes of 3DS.
20 minutes of new games for Wii and DS.
5 minutes of Zelda.

Epic Mickey
The Wii-exclusive Epic Mickey may be seeing a graphics overhaul due to complaints from fans. The French site GameKyo (via CVG) reports that we'll see a new visual style unveiled at E3. Disney sent word that it "doesn't comment on speculation," but if the rumor is true we'll know in only two short weeks anyway.
The apparent reason for the change is the disparity between concept artwork and screenshots. Fans have felt the game could more closely imitate the stylized art. The developers may be struggling a bit to imitate the style using the more limited power of the Wii, but if the rumor pans out we'll see at E3 how well they've managed to pull it off.

Activision has sent a mail over, announcing that its senior management and Bobby Kotick will be giving a corporate presentation to analysts during E3.
The presentation will be broadcast over the net, and will go live on Monday, June 14, at around 7.00pm PST/10.00pm EST, and to watch it, you will need to sign up here.
In case you can’t stay up that late, it will be re-broadcast three hours later, which will be early morning for those in the UK and Europe.
However, the presentation will be archived for a year, so just watch it when you feel like it, honestly.
The mail didn’t say what was going to be discussed, but you can pretty much guarantee it’ll have some financials included due to it being especially for analysts.

For the record I was talking in general about most fans who live and die by a certain system.
Personally, I don't like E3.
It's a giant circle-jerk. They're trying to jizz all over everyone else presenting at E3 to try make them look stupid and shout "Ha, he's covered in semen", but in the end they all wind up with giant mouthfuls of cum, and the things that should get the most attention [if anything] (like anything other than the big 3) aren't given enough respect just because they didn't jerk off in front of thousands of people.
We don't need some super video game summit to tell us what is coming out. It's turned into a production that doesn't reveal anything more than releasing a trailer or info normally would do. Waste of money, waste of time.

I dreamed about E³ (:(). There were some pretty good predictions in it.
At the Nintendo press conference everybody will be offered 3D glasses, so people can watch the 3DS stuff on a big screen.
The 3DS demo/game I dreamed about was pretty neat. Some kind of 3D pong which kept throwing more and more balls at you.
The Zelda stuff was both good and bad. Good news: Zelda looked absolutely gorgeous. Part of that was because it was in 3D... and that's where the bad news fit in. Zelda would be delayed so it could launch on the sequel to Wii. Which was... The ThriiDii! (Edit: I can't believe I'm not the first who came up with 'ThriiDii'.)

More on the possible Goldeneye for Wii rumors
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/activision-goldeneye-game-in-november
Eurogamer has learned that Activision is working on a James Bond: GoldenEye title for Wii and DS that should be released this November.
The new title may be a remake of the classic Nintendo 64 first-person shooter, originally developed by Rare, and according to our source the publisher intends to unveil it at E3.
Development duties have been split between UK-based Eurocom and US-based n-Space.
Eurocom has previously worked on James Bond titles during the franchise's time at E3, including the N64 title The World Is Not Enough.
Activision has been widely tipped to make a new GoldenEye game after it was spotted registering domain names derived from the name of the 1995 film. The original game is considered the best of a (mostly bad) Bond bunch.
Earlier this week it was spotted surveying gamers about a possible remake.
The Wii/DS GoldenEye title should not be confused with the Bizarre Creations game, thought to be called James Bond: Bloodstone, which is expected to focus on the driving side of the spy's skill-set.
We spoke to Activision but nobody was in a position to comment.

Well we knew about the Insomniac thing since they announced next game with EA like two weeks ago.
Also some speculation from IGN in regards to the 3DS
Several developers that have experienced 3DS in its current form have reported, off the record, that it has processing capabilities that far exceed the Nintendo Wii and bring the device with abilities that are close to HD consoles such as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
