I called you to go for sushi but you didn't pick up.
You need to work on your phone answering skillz, but yeah, still chill-ing later.
My birthday party started last night by watching the travesty of a hockey game that the Canucks played, followed by wallowing in my own self pity and tears, washing that down with a little bit of beer, a cigar, and a lot of marijuana.
Followed by a fire at a friends house, and a hike up an undeveloped suburb to overlook the city at 3am.
Thusly followed by much-needed sleep, awakening to a call from my sister (whos birthday is also today) singing happy birthday. Then I went for a very anticipated bike ride for an hour, as I'm not supposed to be doing it in the first place. Then followed by playing MAG for a few hours with a friend.
Oh, yeah - thanks.
Orange Gatorade and Jones Root Beer.

How is MAG?
I actually thought it was really fun.
The main mode we played was Domination, where you're with well over a hundred people, and it's more mission-based. The normal modes sort of sucked - because you get casual shooter fans in there who are giant fans of TKing for fun, or if you don't have a mic. They also sporadically boot people for no reason. I was on this one platoon where they kept booting whoever filled in for the last guy just because it was funny. But in the Domination mode you don't get any of that.
Killing someone gets you 5 xp, but reviving a team mate gets you 10, so they made some great incentive for people to actually put the time into helping you stay alive.
When you first play the game you pick 1 of 3 factions, and you're (as far as I know) always on that faction. So you sort of get tied into the overall success of your faction.
I'd definitely say if you like shooters to at least rent it and try it out.
