Welcome one and welcome all, to the GameTavern Battle Royale. Characters from the world of film, television and video games, duke it out to be crowned the GameTavern Champion.
Our first round match-ups shall be fast-paced and intense, lasting only a day so that we can get through 32 match-ups in no time.

Léon (Jean Reno) is a hitman (or "cleaner", as he refers to himself) living a solitary life in New York City's Little Italy. Most of his work comes from a mafioso named Tony (Danny Aiello), who operates from the "Supreme Macaroni Company" retail store. Léon spends his idle time engaging in calisthenics, nurturing a houseplant that early on he describes as his "best friend",[2] and (in one scene) watching old Gene Kelly musicals.
Tatanga

Tatanga (also known as Tatanga the Mysterious Spaceman) is an alien invader who once conquered Sarasaland. Although he is acknowledged as an invader, in appearance he looks like a meek purple alien. During the events of Super Mario Land, Tatanga captured Princess Daisy, the princess of Sarasaland, and ordered his armies to guard the land's four kingdoms.
Does the assassin have what it takes to kill the princess kidnapper/alien invader.
