I finally managed to get my hands on this graphic novel yesterday, after checking Barnes and Noble every week for like half a year.

It is a direct sequel to Planet Hulk (http://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Hulk-Planet-Greg-Pak/dp/0785120122/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1269711479&sr=8-3), probably my favorite comic ever. And, the Hulk being my favorite character ever, I was quite excited.

Has anyone else here read it? If so what did you think?

I thought it was good, but nothing really in comparison to Planet Hulk. It was a lot shorter so there wasn't as much room character development, so you end up seeing very little of the warbound. That being said, the comic was really about the Hulk laying the smackdown on almost every marvel super hero, and it was indeed awesome.

My main gripe came with the ending, though:

Miek's betrayal was totally out of character for him, and made zero sense. I don't understand why it was even there.

Not sure if my next Hulk novel will be The End, or Skaar: Son of Hulk.
