It's looks like a seriously great game, i can not wait for this now. It has offical become my second most anticapated game of the year (second only to star fox adventures:D). I simply love platformers, i loved mario 64, and watching that video brought back memories of the game (along with a few tears). And those who have doubts about the graphics should download the video, the surface of the water looks very impressive, and so does the tilting mirror surface. And just like miyamoto said, it looks very fast pasted with lots of things moving about on screen. That video alone has just tripled my desire for the game.

Damn. Why can't Nintendo just release the game now? I want to play it... It looks amazing in motion... Oh boy... Can't wait until it is released.

It looks ... OK... but nothing special graphics wise... but gameplay it looks like it would be a lot of fun. I cant wait to get my hands on this. Pretty cool for a few seconds mario uses that water thing on his back as a jet pack thats really cool.

BTW dont put this on full screen it looks nasty

I hope the backpack thing doesn't become a trend in future Mario games though. We've already had a vacuum and a water sprayer and that's enough IMO.

Yes, the movie made me look forward to the game more than ever!! (So did the Zelda movie for that part.)

Can't wait! :D

I always was looking forward to this game ever since the spaceworld video.

I am not quite sure what that mirror thing is but mate does it look cool and reflects everything superbly. Me want game now.

I actually use QuickTime rather then Windows Media Player, I only use it when I have to.

But I just thought it was an ironic point of Nintendo using one of Microsoft's products.

Well, the movie looks awesome. I don't care about the graphics, but the gameplay looks fun as hell, and the general feeling from e3 is it will be a good if not great game.

As for Ric, if you look closely at the video, the mirror is for a boss battle. Near the beginning of the scene you will see the boss go flying.

Yes I see, I am not sure that thing is a boss though, just a baddie of some description pissing about on a mirror. I was thinking mabey you have to reflect the mirror onto something but from the angle of it and the angle it tilts to I am unsure.

Only time will tell, and Mario Sunshine will be in a Gamecube near us soon :D

I, for one, do not Like quicktime. It always freezes, or if I minimize the screen during a download, then maximize it again, the movie goes blank...I just plain dont care for it...getting a better computer might fix the problems though...

Man, that game looks so much better in motion. The screenshots didn't do the game justice at all, this game is going to be amazing.

It's a boss, or mini boss. There's a video showing how to defeat them. Spray them to the edge of the mirror and then butt stomp the other end to send them flying.
