Do popsicles go bad? LIke rotten or whatever? Even if they've been sitting in your freezer for two years?

It's almost pure sugar! How could that go bad??
It might taste a bit funny after all those years though... but it won't when it's frozen so... :)

As Angrist said, I would assume not, unless of course they are the yogurt kind..then they might go bad

I bet there's one in your freezer right now :D. And you just want to know if it's ok to eat it .
It will be ok, think about it, why does food go bad? Because bacteria manage to digest it. But since:
1) It's been in the freezer, no bacteria can live in such cold conditions.
2) I don't think bacteria go for things like popsicles :D.
So eat it, and remember, they put preservatives in those things, so it should be ok for another 5 years ;).
Now let me see, scientists have found Wooly Mammoths completley frozen in ice and perfectly preserved for millions of years.
Walt Disney is in suspended animation, frozen in ice and perfectly preserved.
Due to these factors I am sure it would be logical to determine that Ice/Freezing is one of if not the best preservative known to mankind.
Basically what I am saying is, eat that damn popsicle man.

*hears Weird Al Yankovich* EAT IIIT EAAT IIIT!!! OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH AND FEED IT!!! :p
Umm... why would you wait 2 years to eat a popsicle? Whenever my mom buys popsicles they're gone within a week.

The two years was actually an exxageration :D
One year is still pretty long though...
Anyway, we bought them and just didn't eat all of them *shrugs*

Although you occasionally see videos of girls inserting popsicles into their bearded tacos, this act should be avoided in real life as the sugar from the popsicle can cause yeast infections all up in that bizsnatch.

Hey! I remember this... I don't remember if I ever actually ate the popsicle, though. If I did it clearly caused me no issues.

Memory loss sounds like an issue to me.

Other than memory loss.

No issues except for memory loss.

Back on topic: Popsicles won't rot, but they probably won't taste very good, especially if the freezer self-defrosts.
